How we started

We are a group of investors who founded Wise Brickz with one goal in mind: to help individuals invest wisely in property. 

We recognize the common challenge faced by investors who struggle to grow their wealth through property investments due to many properties being cash flow negative, and often times, investors purchasing properties at inflated price resulting in negative ROI.

At Wise Brickz, our mission is to make property investment accessible and rewarding for all. We specialize in approaching motivated sellers and conducting in-depth analyses to identify properties with strong investment potential. By screening each potential property deal before presenting it to you, we guarantee that you have access to properties that are primed to generate positive cash flow, ensuring you are making informed and profitable real estate investment decisions.

We have vast connection with motivated sellers. These are sellers who need to sell quickly due to various reasons, they are willing to sell off at below-market-value. 

STEP 2. Conduct Due Diligence

Once a property is identified, we conduct thorough due diligence. This involves evaluating the property’s condition, market value, and potential for positive cash flow. We ensure all necessary checks are completed to confirm the property meets our investment criteria. Our team makes an offer and comes to an agreement with the seller

STEP 3. Connect

We connect with investors/ homebuyers, present the screened property deal to you. This includes providing all necessary information and analysis to show why the property is a sound investment and how it can generate positive cash flow.

STEP 4. Approval

To facilitate the transaction, we provide access to our panel of professionals:

  • Panel Lawyers: Handle all legal aspects of the transaction, ensuring everything is in order.
  • Panel Bankers: Assist with property valuation and provide financing options if needed. They help investors secure loans and manage the financial side of the purchase.

STEP 5. Close

Once an investor decides to move forward with the purchase, we coordinate with all parties to close the deal. This includes ensuring all documentation is in order and overseeing the transaction to completion.
